I have a Joy Twistair compressor Modle #TA007T4-3.
It was a real leeker, so we desided to rebuild it. We made new gaskets and ran new hoses and cleaned and reinstalled the old fittings. We ground the surfaces that were not flat to insure good mateing. Now the compressor dosen't leek BUT it will not build up any pressure greater than 40 lbs. Can any body help me and tell me what's wrong

And it will depend on how to put these puzzles (like gripping and cutting components) together and make it work very efficient and cost-saving.
So EOAT design is very important for robot system although EOAT components are not very expensive for whole robot project.
EOAT have to consider as follow things
Normally, we use pneumatic grippers for grip force and hard to reach areas on a part. So we can use ACY vacuum cups and pneumatic grippers together in order to pull large plastic parts from an injection mold or a high speed palletizing system. Above items will mounted on the frame to properly grip the part and easily securely moved for continuous operation.
Some plastic parts need to be manipulated during assembly or packaging operation or after injection mold. Then, you may need cutting tools for continuous this operation. The more qualify ACY gate cutters you use then the more cost-saving and efficiency you will get.So we have to really consider what is most cost-saving and performance we need for our robot. Not only brand name EOAT components can meet your target but also ACY product can meet your needs.

Especially for brand Yushin, Star, Harmo robotic use and they also provide it but their price is too high. And we have another choice we can use ACY vacuum cups instead due to their vacuum cups are fully compatible with Yushin, Star, Harmo. adminParticipantI have 3.25" Bore Cylinder mounted vertically, Rod Up, that is lifting a table that weighs approximately 350#
When the 5-way valve that powers the cylinder shifts the tabledoes not raise immediately, in fact there is about a 5 second delay before it starts raising.
When the cylinder is fully extended and the 5-way valve shifts to retract the table it immediately drops about 6" and bounces a few times, then procedes smoothly to the end of stroke.
Can this action be changed to immediate movement on extension and smooth full stroke retraction?
adminParticipantI require a prescribed amount of Oxygen (10%O 90%N) to be supplied to an analyser. I have an air supply and a bottle of Nitrogen, I plan to add Nitrogen to the air supply to reduce the Oxygen percentage.
The supply pressure to the Analyser is 14.5 psi, to obtain my Oxygen content I plan to input 2.7psi air supply and 11.8psi Nitrogen. The two supplies meet at a T fitting with the same dia house for an output. Will this method obtain the 10% Oxygen or will there be to much back pressure from the Nitrogen resisting th air supply and are there any tips?

adminParticipantI was wondering if anyone knows what a new MAC Pnematic Valve Bank with 11 valves would go for if I sold it? Please let me know, because I have no Earthly idea. Someone told me they can get up to at least 5-6K. The valves theirselves are supposodly like 550.00 a piece. Thanks.
