I am looking for information on Cornelius Compressor 24 volt,2 cfm, 3000psi portable compressor
adminParticipantWell have enough domestic auto makers gone bankrupt yet. GM, Chrysler Are enough people out of work yet. Who will be next. Perhaps Ford. To compete in the global economy we need to be competitive.
Here is one way to help do just that
from APILLubricator keeps watch on pneumatic system health
Features of the Watchdog lubricator may reduce cost significantly, by increasing throughput, reducing downtime and capital equipment expenditure on replacing pneumatic systems.
Our Watchdog Lubricator will out perform competing lubricators because a plc can detect oil drop dispensing rate.
A feedback signal can be programmed via the machine’s PLC to alert operator if oil is getting low. We intend to award a state territory for 1 contingency sale.Norgren, Watts and Wiley Vogel representatives have seen the prototype in operation around 1996.
Do you people in the pneumatics business want a lubricator to work. Oh yeah that is right if they worked better that would cut into the multi billion dollar market for valves and cylinders since they should last longer.
adminParticipantI’ve been searching for replacement for norgren solenoid valve type M/1741/152. Thanks
adminParticipantDear All,
does anyone know a manufacturer which has pneumatic cylinder with a working pressure of 3600 PSI??
We need for a project these kind of cylinders.
Thanks and regards,
RogasiadminParticipantGood afternoon, all…hoping someone can help to answer my question.
My goal is to prove (or disprove) Air compressor theory that compressing air to a lower pressure means there’s inherently less liquid water condensate to remove from the airstream. For instance, if a pump compresses to 50psi instead of 100psi, there will be less liquid condensate draining out after the heat exchanger and less moisture to remove with an air dryer.
Is this true? Anyone help me with the math to back it up?
Thanks,
-SteveadminParticipantDoes anyone here know Pneumission?
How is this company?
Is it a good company to work for?
Who is running the company?
How is the boss like?
Where is the boss from?adminParticipantUrgently in need to order a deal repair kit for pneumatic cylinder as follows;
Part number ;SM/13063E/S/350
BRAND: Martonair pneumatic cylinderadminParticipantWe are having a large stock of Genuine Parker Hannifin Pneumatic Cylinders,Valves,Filters,Regulators and Lubricators
which we are willing to dispose at good prices.adminParticipantI am trying to find a 3-4000psi high pressure reducing regulator (miniature type or paintball bottle type) with +/- 800-2500psi adjustable outlet pressure. would prefer duel gauge if it’s adjustable, if not, then single gauge preset to +/-2000psi outlet pressure.
adminParticipantI have a copy of the Norgren “ISO symbols”. It described a 5-port valve as 5-way. People I’ve talked too they said “if the valve has two output ports (say A & B), then it is a 4-way. Other people is telling me “the no. of ports (supply, outputs, exhaust ports, not counting the pilot ports), is the number of way”. Is just a little bit confusing.
Who actually started using the “way” in describing directional control valve, It is Mac Valve?adminParticipantI need a filter regulator with range of 0-1 bar, any filtration capacity will do, material of bowl should be metal. Port size is 1/4″. Thank you.
adminParticipantPlease give me quotation of this parker valve Model: PS1-E23 and Model: PS1-E19.
If the price is good, i need 20 pcs. each.adminParticipantI am interested to know which one is better (safer?) to use:
an NPN (sinking) type switch or a PNP (sourcing) type switch?I think Europe is mostly using PNP (esp. due to CE directive). Are NPN sensors common is US?
adminParticipantJust so everybody is aware, BIBUS UK Limited is happy to announce that they are now the authorised distributor for the renowned Sang-a range of push in fittings and tubing. All enquiries are welcome.
adminParticipantWhat happens if a 110VAC 60 Hz solenoid is connected to a 24VDC supply. Will it burn or simply will not operate (but will not damage)?
how about the 24VDC coil supplied with 110VAC?
thanks in advance - AuthorPosts
