Booster, intensifier, Multi-Power cylinder…. There are many choices. I think the real issue is what pressure do you ultimately need? 100? 200? 800? You need to figure that out first. This will tell you if either is aplicable. Then you need t

You can increase the pressure by pushing a smaller cylinder with your larger cylinder. If you have 60 psi & 4 cylinder

Yes you can do this using an intensifier. The approximate ratio is 54:1. However, you want to use a higher ratio. This will be much more expensive than a hydraulic pump. It will also be very slow using your onboard compressor.

Hello Matt.I graduated from Cal State, SanBernardino in 89. One thing to be aware of is that an air over oil system is not used to generate high hydraulic pressure with a pneumatic signal. All air over oil is is utilizing oil in a cylinder instead

What do you mean dynamic range?” High speed applications… There are a few that come to mind:Rice sorting machinery. The rice is dropped down the end of a conveyor. As the rice falls

I have a link to low cost check valves and relief valves. Be sure your supplier has low cracking psi, like 0.5psi or it may not be reliable in your application. We can make special runs of combined function parts with sufficient quantities. 1-88

I believe ARO-Ingersoll Rand makes a version of their Module Air 2000 which will accept pressures that high. The difference is the sight glass. The higher pressure units do not have sight glasses. You should also look into High pressure air reg

Why not use a simple contact closure. On one side of an oil filled diaphragm you could have foil. You could also have foil on the bottom. If there is impact they will open and you have a signal. KISS.

http://www.rosscontrols.com/vresp.htmThe quick answer is that the reponse is determined by testing. How long to fill a specific volume with a given supply pressure? This will give an al most straight line curve (x + by = a) as the pressure build
