i need a very fast triggering valve for my gas actuated launcher system. The longest permissible valve opening time for this application is in microseconds but i do not know what type of valve ( thats available in the market ) suitable for this
You should be looking at poppet valves for your application. Poppet valves work by lifting a disk” off a seat. They tend to start flowing air very fast due to their geometry. Clippard makes a nice set of poppet valves.”
