Humphrey products used to have their line of TAC valves. These were basic valves with tons of little air logic and manual actuators that screwed on them. I worked for them in the early 90’s and the still sold them then, I would guess they still do. I remember that they specifically had a flip/flop or ball point pen circuit in the catalog.
