I can’t imagine finding a Hydraulic Pressure Switch that will go anywhere near 0-75 PSI but you could look at a Pneumatic one at http://www.norgren.com or http://www.rosscontrols.comThey operate in a siilar manner but at lower pressure.

This is a 2 group cascade system You need to add an extra 5/2 pilot/pilot valve to your circuit to eliminate trapped signals. Suggest you start you research looking up cascade circuits first.
