My problem is that I have two cylinders, one at either end of a roller. The roller is to be raised up and down. Only thing is one end is heavier than the other, and the cylinders don't want to raise together. Ant ideas? Thanks
Darell;I take it you are using Flow Controls in a Meter Out orientation. If so use regulated air at a pressure that is always available to the valve that operates the low weight end of the roll. Most plant air systems fluctuate throughout the day
Darrell; The circuit would work best if both cylinders had equal pressure on the raise side of the cylinders and variable pressure on the lowering sides. The heavy load side would be somewhat lower pressure on the lower the rolls side. The light lo
Do you have room to install a Rack & Gear assembly so that the roller can only raise or lower evenly?
