fitting thread size M5 ?

    what size are M5 threads. smaller than 10-32 I assume. do they have a US equivalent?

    Most M5 fittings will fit and seal in a 10-32 thread with out any probem only when you get a long thread will you have problems.

    Rule of thumb:10/32 male will fit into an M5 female but not the other way around.Regards.
