I'm building up a pipeline to inject cooled dry-air at 1 bar, into a thermal box. (total length is about 2 m, steel pipe with 12 mm dia)

We got sleeve fittings for high pressure fluids (200 bars) in hand.
Are they suitable for such a pneumatic system? Do they cause leakage when a low pressure gas passes through?

I have a application that required a piston to be constantly in rotation.
    The process goes like this:
Piston extended. End of piston rod will be pressing on workpiece, while workpiece is rotating.
Which in turn will rotate the piston rod constantly as well.
Is the pneumatic piston able to take the constant rotation, will it wear off?
The speed is about 5 – 6 rpm.

Pneumission had a nice success at the exhibition Hannover Messe 2009.

We were happy to see our old customers and to invite new companies to our stand.

An exhibition like this allows us to explain our message well and people can easily see the difference between Pneumission and other Chinese Pneumatic companies.

The general result of the Hannover Messe was much less than the last edition.

And we are sorry that we heard a lot of stories about the bad market in the world. About less turn-over and companies going bankrupt.

However it can be a time for end users to look for a cheaper alternative then the leading brands. That is where Pneumission can offer best of both worlds: Chinese prices for high quality pneumatics !

Invite us to be your Pneumatic Partner !!

    We can make profit together.

Oops I posted too early. Please see the post below.
This is the information I have:

-The end of this part screws onto a carbon fibre bottle (4500psi) that is used in paintball games

-If you look closely you can see that there is writing – LP and HP on the side.

-The black knob in the middle turns in and out.

Does anyone know what the round silver knob on the end does? (opposite the screw end)

Does anyone know what the output pressure is at the blue pipe? Is it adjustable?

I will need max 10bar for the pnematic actuators that im using. Will I need to buy a separate regulator?

I have a 1950’s era Cornelius Dive Air Compressor. Model # 32-D-1563. If anyone has any information on the maker and any information on the compressor it’s self.
